Some rooms are have King/Queen Beds only and there is an option for an additional twin in some room categories, so bare that in mind when it comes to sharing a room when you are booking.

A wristband that gives you access to a 5 days itinerary.

You will receive the finalised itinerary one week before the trip.

Your wristband will give you access to the whole itinerary with food and drinks on sale at all events*.

Yes we do.  For Hotel Packages you have 3 options:

1) Pay in full

2) Pay part of the total now- confirm your booking with a 25% deposit of the total amount.

Friends can pay their own share and invite friends to the booking so they can contribute with payments.

Pay the rest anytime before the deadline- 29/11/2025. You and your friends can pay off the balance anytime before the deadline.

3) Pay the first £200 instalment today. (E.g Equivalent to £200 for a single occupancy. Equivalent to £100 per person for double occupancy & equivalent £67 per person for triple occupancy). The following 5 instalments are automatic.  We’ll remind you via email, then charge your original payment method.

For Full Event Access Wristbands you have 2 Options:

1) Pay in full

2) Pay the first £50 instalment today. Confirm your booking by paying a portion of the total amount.

The following 3 instalments are automatic.  We’ll remind you via email, then charge your original payment method.

NB Payment Plan Options have a 2% fee.

No you are responsible for your own airfare to St.Lucia - this is not included in the package.

The dates of the event are 28th January to 2nd February 2026 so we recommend arriving on these dates.

St.Lucia's international airport is Hewannorra International (UVF).

We have partnered with SN Travel who can assist with group bookings and payment plans for flights.
